Returns
We always hope that you’re 100% satisfied with your order, but in the unlikely event in which you may not be, you may return unused, unused/unworn goods in their original packaging and labels attached, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in your bank account.
Returns Exclusions
The following goods may not be returned for a refund unless faulty:
◾ Any worn items or used items.
◾ Any other items of clothing/equipment that are not in their original packaging with labels attached.
Faulty Goods
For purchases under 30 days from the date of receipt We will exchange the faulty item at our expense which we will send you a pre-paid return label for.
For purchases over 30 days from the date of receipt but less than 12 months old, please send back the faulty item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or actual date of purchase and your daytime contact telephone number. Once received we will inspect the item and repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault. Any items over that period that have been purchased outside of our 12 month policy cannot be accepted.
